Kyle McGuire
Vice President
Kyle serves as a Vice President leading the transaction management process for multiple global portfolio accounts along with strategic growth. With more than ten years of corporate and commercial real estate experience, Kyle provides client-centric comprehensive real estate services to global occupiers across a multitude of industries. Kyle’s expertise in strategic global portfolio planning, lease analysis and advisory, site selection and negotiation allow Kyle to advise his clients on attaining their best possible outcomes. Kyle oversees the entire real estate transaction process from start to finish, providing his clients the best possible opportunities to achieve their short and long-term goals along the way.
Kyle has a B.A. in Communication from Michigan State University
Prior to joining Cresa, Kyle served as Senior Transaction Manager at Axiom Advisory Group leading transaction management on multiple global accounts and strategic growth. Prior to Axiom, Kyle was a member of the founding team and the Director of Real Estate for Homepoint, a publicly traded financial services company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Kyle managed a national team leading all real estate transactions, facility management, construction, and physical security overseeing a portfolio of over 100 locations and roughly 1.5 million square feet.
