As a result of Jonathan’s real estate expertise, financial background and strategic advisory, his portfolio clients have efficiently streamlined operations, reduced their costs, mitigated risk and optimized their portfolios. He has been involved in the negotiation of more than 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with transaction values of over $500 Million; including the largest office deal in Bergen County in 2017. Jonathan is Co-Chair of Cresa’s Healthcare Practice Group and highly involved in Wharton’s Alumni Network.
