Historically, Nuvalence operated from flexible office spaces, but when their membership was expiring and a renewal was not offered, they engaged Cresa to help them find an office of their own.

Results

Cresa identified a new space for Nuvalence in a tight market and within a tight time frame (60 days.) Cresa conducted a thorough market survey to identify alternative locations, ultimately finding an off-market space that worked for Nuvalence’s space goals. Cresa was able to negotiate a lease with an early termination option in the event the space did not work out. They also secured additional Landlord work, including common area upgrades.

Cresa was able to identify an off-market opportunity for Nuvalence at a competitive rental rate that reduced occupancy expenses by over 70% while maintaining the same number of workpoints. Nuvalence’s new work environment has increased flexibility for its employees, which accommodates fluctuations in headcount and enriches the employee experience.
