With more than a decade of project management experience under his belt, Jim has delivered $38+ million and 1.2 million square feet of completed work to his clients. He’s led accounts for both national and international projects, portfolio and single-assignment work from simple interior renovations to ground-up, build-to-suits. His scope of work encompasses all industries, including infrastructure, retail, commercial office and education.

Jim’s ability to manage risk, build trustworthy networks, develop budgets and schedules and manage cooperating teams contribute to the success and repeat business that his clients entrust to his care.
