Rob Royal has been in commercial real estate and project management for nearly a decade, providing value, integrity, and superior quality to local and national organizations. He has worked in all facets of commercial real estate as a project manager, leasing manager, and management assistant. As an Advisor with Cresa’s Philadelphia team, he works alongside clients to understand and develop their project strategy from budget and schedule development to the management of design, construction, negotiations, vendor management, and project close-out. He works to facilitate and streamline project execution for new and existing clients, while also overseeing the team’s accounts and portfolios. His previous success is built on providing exceptional service for clients to identify project value and savings.
