Andrew is a principal in Cresa's Houston office. With more than 20 years of tenant representation experience, Andrew has completed more than two million square feet of transactions. Prior to joining Cresa, Andrew was the managing director and Houston market leader at Whitebox Real Estate. He brings a thorough understanding of the office market completing a wide-range of transactions, including acquisitions, renewals, expansions and relocations. Andrew is known for his creative, client-driven solutions that help increase organizational efficiency and unlock cost savings.
