Anthony Fritsche

Anthony is a managing principal and co-market leader in Cresa's Houston office. With nearly 30 years of tenant representation experience, Anthony has closed more than 5 million square feet of commercial lease and purchase transactions in Houston, Dallas and across the United States. Prior to joining Cresa, Anthony managed one of the city's premier independent real estate brokerages, Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, which he helped found in 2007. He began his career at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Dallas, Texas, in 1995 before relocating to Houston in 2003 to build and manage TCC’s Tenant Representation business.
