Team Heads to Charleston, South Carolina, To Think Outside Normal Way of Doing Business
Cresa project managers recently got out of the office and into a manufacturing facility that's being built in Charleston, South Carolina. It's all in an effort to think outside their normal way of doing business.
The tour of the industrial building was part of a meeting of Cresa's project management leadership team in the growing coastal city. During the gathering, the team discussed how to prioritize innovation, learned about the latest methods used in constructing a manufacturing facility, and brainstormed strategies to amplify the work it has done for occupiers of real estate across the globe, according to Cresa.
The manufacturing facility the group toured is being built for an unnamed client. Michael Lomax, a Cresa principal and project management executive from Toronto, is leading the project for the firm.
Besides West, the Denver-based vice president of workplace solutions project management who serves as Cresa's PMLT chairperson for the Americas, teammates Rory Etherington, Brooke Mackenzie, Rebecca Bakke, Jeff Palmer and Abby Denton toured the facility. PLMT advisory board members Jason Wery, Michael Wasyliw, Christie Minch, Sean Heaton and Eric Nolin were also on hand.
