Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® elects Damian Rivera, SIOR, to Board of Directors

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office brokers, recently elected Damian Rivera, SIOR, Managing Principal with Cresa, in Frisco, Texas, to serve a two-year term on the SIOR Board of Directors as a member-at-large. He will assume the position at SIOR’s CREate 360 conference in Dallas this October.

SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted commercial real estate brokerage specialists, and Rivera is a proven expert in his market and leader in the industry.

Rivera is an industrial and office specialist, holding the SIOR dual designation which less than one percent of all commercial real estate practitioners earn. An SIOR member since 2014, he has been an active SIOR volunteer for many years, serving on committees such as the Independent Brokerage Member Oversight Group, the Diversity Working Group, and the Member Coalition Council.
