30 Years of Service

This year marks Cresa’s 30th year in business, which has given us a chance to reflect on where we started and where we are headed. When we think back to 1993, when Cresa was founded, we had certain ideals that were core to our business – we knew we always wanted to stay occupier focused, with a core belief to “Do the right thing.” We knew what we wanted to be when we grew up.

What did you want to be when you grew up? We asked our team members, and this is what they said.

Among the answers, what we saw (aside from an obvious competitive spirit and a penchant for teamwork) was a desire to be of service. A desire that has stuck with us and made us into killer advocates for our clients.

At thirty years old, Cresa is all grown up. 

When we first started, we set out to build something better - we removed conflict from the equation in a radical move that serves occupiers better by putting the power back in their hands. 

A lot can change in thirty years, but our mission to find and foster the best environment for every business and its people never will.
