Alan is a Principal in Cresa’s Cincinnati office. He offers a unique ability in understanding the real estate process and the need to create leverage for his clients. He founded A.M. Piker Inc. in 1990 and joined it with Cresa in 1995. Since then has grown the office to be the largest occupier representative firm in the area. Often quoted and published in both local and regional publications, Alan offers vast experience and a proven track record to his clients.
