Description

Reporting to Cresa's Philadelphia Market Leader, the Marketing Associate is an organized, creative, and proactive individual responsible for a myriad of tasks within Brokerage support, Project Management support, development and production of pitch / prospecting materials, and marketing activities.

 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, up-to-date on the latest design and delivery technologies, and capable of managing relationships with a collaborative mindset while maintaining Cresa brand standards.

 

The Marketing Associate will also assist the Market Leader with the coordination and execution of internal team events and client events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This individual will work closely with Advisors, Project Managers, and the Market Leader on a variety of client requirements and Cresa Philadelphia team initiatives. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, design, layout and coordinate client or prospect-focused materials; Examples include:
    • Case Studies
    • Event Materials
    • Market Surveys/Tour Books
    • Print Materials
    • Presentation Materials
    • Proposals
  • Assist Advisors in the RFP response process by liaising with local Advisors and Project Managers along with the Client Services team at headquarters
  • Provide administrative support on various client and prospect matters for Market Leader, Advisors and Project Managers
  • Meet client and project requirements in a timely manner
  • Assist Market Leader in planning and executing on team events, client events, and developing social media content

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and limited supervision
  • Ability to exercise good judgement in setting priorities and follow-through
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems

Education, Training & Experience

  • BA in graphic design or related field with 5+ years of experience in the CRE industry
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with web content management systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
