Damon’s focus is working with clients to develop criteria that determine their real estate needs currently and into the future. By looking at various industry trends and company-specific goals to create a clear set of objectives, Damon has been able to successfully achieve flexibility as well as cost savings for his clients. His strengths lie in strategic planning, financial analysis and evaluating options for clients on an economic basis as well as a cultural basis to determine best case scenarios. Damon has leased over four million square feet of office space since joining Cresa. He is currently a Managing Principal for the Edmonton and Calgary and offices of Cresa.
