Swagger Media was on a compressed timeline to relocate but desired to upgrade their space and create a more efficient and collaborative environment for their employees.
The client was looking for a move-in ready space with FF&E included to limit any disruptions to operations.
They also wanted a space that would provide flexibility to safely expand as they continued to grow the business.

Results

Cresa identified a sublease in a premier submarket near a large pool of potential clients with plenty of existing term and high-end furniture.
This sublease space also allowed for both near and long-term growth as the client saw fit.
Within just three months, Cresa had surveyed, toured, secured and moved the client into a new space that would allow Swagger Media to showcase their work and impress potential clients.
