Indianapolis Office Names New Managing Principals

Cresa, the world's largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, has named Leslie Teskey and Tim O’Brien as Managing Principals of its Indianapolis office. The two will take over management responsibilities from Jim Teskey and David Black, who will remain Principals in the office.

Cresa established its Indianapolis office in 1998 and has thrived under the management of Jim Teskey since its inception, and David Black for the past twelve years. Cresa has represented notable clients such as Republic Services, Tempur Sealy, and more, including Genezen, the fastest growing life science firm in Indianapolis.

“Tim and Leslie have already demonstrated great leadership. It is the right time for them to assume the role of leading and growing the business. They are actively recruiting both experienced, as well as emerging professionals who share our philosophy of conflict free advisory services. We are thrilled about the future of this office,” said Jim Teskey.

Prior to joining Cresa in 2019, O’Brien was President and owner of O’Brien Commercial Real Estate, which he founded in 2013. He has 25 years of commercial real estate experience focused on tenant representation, and previously served as President of Colliers’ Indiana Region.

Leslie Teskey began her commercial real estate career with Cresa in 2008 after leaving J.P. Morgan Chase, where she worked as an equity broker. Beginning as an Advisor in 2008, Leslie was promoted to Principal in the Indianapolis office in 2019. Teskey is an active member of IndyCREW, serving as President in 2016.

“We are very excited to be passing the leadership torch to Tim and Leslie. They both have many years of experience representing clients in the Indianapolis commercial real estate market and are perfectly suited to grow and lead the Indianapolis Cresa office,” added Black.
