Michael Marrion has joined Cresa Chicago as an SVP with the firm’s downtown Tenant Representation Group. He will focus on business development and client services, assisting tenants with long-term strategies that meet the ever-changing needs of office occupiers in Downtown Chicago.

Marrion was most recently an SVP with Colliers Chicago’s Downtown Office Advisory Service Group where he represented professional services firms and nonprofit organizations. Notable recent transactions include Huron Consulting’s 130,000-square-foot lease renewal at 550 W. Van Buren, FitzGerald Associates’ 12,000-square-foot lease at 200 W. Adams, and Hometown America’s 10,000-square-foot corporate headquarters relocation to the new Bank of America tower at 110 N. Wacker Dr.
