Client Objectives

BlueTree was founded by Reggie Luedtke and Ted Gurman, both “ex-Epicers”. The company’s purpose is to empower the most talented Epic consultants to reach their full potential and to improve healthcare. Their web platform promotes greater efficiency in the healthcare system – helping their clients save money and time.

BlueTree will be co-locating with HealthFinch and MoxyHealth, two independent companies in the healthcare IT industry.  “This co-location is indicative of a growing trend within the Madison Commercial Real Estate Market,” stated Ross Rikkers, Vice President of Cresa Madison, “Co-location typically involves companies within a similar industry. The co-location principal enables companies to create unique efficiencies such as shared facilities, shared meeting spaces and shared staff providing opportunities for growth for each independent member of the team.”

Results

Cresa Madison was engaged by BlueTree Network to assist them in identifying and securing a relocation option that could serve as the company’s headquarters and enable BlueTree to expand their staff yet remain flexible enough for future growth. Additionally, the premises needed to accommodate the requirements of the co-tenants: MoxyHealth and HealthFinch. The new location is located on the top floor of the 100 State Street Building.

Cresa’s services were above and beyond what we expected,” stated Reggie Luedtke, “without Cresa’s assistance, it is unlikely we would have found such a fantastic location and negotiated such a great deal and terms. I would encourage any business that has to find a new space to work with Cresa, they really care and go out of their way to make sure you are getting the absolute best.
