The location will serve as the third-party logistics company's first distribution center in Texas
Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, represented ITS Logistics (ITS), in the lease of a 1,045,889-square-foot distribution center at Northpoint Development’s newest build-to-suit, Intermodal Logistics Center. Cresa Dallas’ team of advisors Brad Struck, SIOR, Clint Manning, and Darren Woodson represented ITS with Cresa industrial services partner, John Bollman.
The facility, which broke ground in August, will serve as ITS’ first Texas location and support the company’s efforts to offer national omnichannel distribution and fulfillment services to 95% of the U.S. population in a two-day timeframe. The new building will feature 40’ clear ceiling height, 200+ dock doors, and parking for 211+ trailers. It is expected to be completed in July 2023.

Designed with today’s tenant requirements in mind, Intermodal Logistics Center is a seven building, Class A industrial park serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area and adjacent to BNSF’s Alliance Intermodal facility, FedEx and UPS regional hubs, Fort Worth Alliance Airport, and Interstate 35W. To date, three of the seven planned warehouse/distribution facilities have been completed.
Headquartered in Reno, Nev., ITS Logistics employs more than 900 team members across Nevada, California, Indiana, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Ohio, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. For ITS, the new facility allows room for future expansion efforts in a desirable location with convenient access to the U.S. supply chain infrastructure, as well as labor market.
With this new lease, ITS’ U.S. distribution space now totals more than 3.0 million square feet.
