Cresa has added Ashkahn (Ash) Pajoohi as Principal, head of portfolio strategy and consulting, based in Manhattan. He will both lead and be the main point of contact for all consulting support. Additionally, he will facilitate the use of Cresa’s proprietary technology solution, Vālo.
“Ash has an exceptional background in strategic policy for multinational companies in the real estate space,” said Richard Selig, managing principal. “He brings an in-depth understanding of occupier services and we are very glad to have him based here in the New York office.”
Before joining Cresa, Pajoohi was a director at WeWork. His focus was strategic initiatives and creating efficiencies for the platform. He has also held leadership roles at Colliers and CBRE, specializing in occupier services, client strategy, and group account management. At AIG, Pajoohi served as head of real estate finance and asset management.
