As VP of Operations at Cresa, Kim is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and the monitoring of brokerage key performance indicators (KPIs). Kim also oversees commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with RECO regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing and finance, Kim drives significant initiatives, including RFP submissions, quarterly business reviews, quarterly market reports, and marketing campaigns. Committed to establishing and directing financial policies in accordance with c-suite objectives, she also oversees employee onboarding and training and manages payroll systems at Cresa.
