Here we are. Let's do it. I'm ready.
We are a real estate service provider focusing solely on occupiers. We do brokerage services. We do project management.
We get up every day to service the occupier.
If you think about it in size, you have landlords who own hundreds of millions of square feet. We don't even go after their business.
I personally like the fact that we're a disruptor. We're saying no to tons of revenue. Most of our competitors represent both sides.
When push comes to shove, many of our competitors are gonna side with that ownership client because that makes up, you know, 80-90% of their business.
Not being on both sides of the transaction, being conflict free, it's a big deal.
We don't really care what you end up doing, whether it's renewing your lease or moving to a new building. We're here to just protect your best interest.
We have a wide array of clients, a little bit of everything, office space, warehouse space, manufacturing.
There's no client that's too big for Cresa. If you had 1000 locations across the world, we can do it. I've done a deal for a Fortune 5 company, and I've done things for a five-person company. We're not too big to care.
We will do one offs, but we want to be in a relationship with you, where you think of us as your trusted advisor, not just the broker that comes calling every time you have a renewal.
We can negotiate the greatest deal, but if the furniture is not there and the phones aren't working, that doesn't look like a successful project. So, we created a project management offering basically to ensure that the project was a success all the way through. If you're not including transaction management and project management together, you're doing a disservice to your client.
It saves the client a lot of money, rather than coming in to save the project or coming in to put out some fires. If a mistake is made, it could be millions of dollars. We're talking millions of dollars at stake. We'll save the client the time money exponentially more than our fees.
We take care of you and we go to battle for you.
