Mindy Saffer

Managing Principal

Bio

Mindy started her career in commercial real estate in 1986, working in an architecture firm designing office space for occupiers. In 1999, Mindy became a real estate advisor for a local occupier representation-only real estate firm. When Mindy joined Cresa’s Washington, DC, office as a Managing Principal in 2012, she founded Cresa’s Nonprofit Practice Group, of which she is a co-leader. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mindy led Cresa’s internal Remote Work Task Force, which resulted in a new service line, Cresa Remote Advisory Services. Over the last 37 years, Mindy has had the privilege of representing the most prominent nonprofits and associations in the US and globally.
