As a result of Jonathan’s real estate expertise, financial background and strategic advisory, his portfolio clients have efficiently streamlined their 30-100+ location operations, reduced their costs by millions of dollars, mitigated risk and optimized their portfolios. He has been involved in the negotiation of more than 4,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with transaction values of over $500 Million; including the largest office deal in Bergen County in 2017. Jonathan is also highly involved in the Wharton Alumni Network and is an avid golfer.
