Dexter Cos. has signed two more tenants at the company's Shiloh Technology Center in greater Atlanta.

Flip Electronics and Basement Systems are the first tenants to sign on to Building B, a 138,178-square-foot light industrial building that opened last year at 6520 Corporate Court in Alpharetta.

The property is one of three buildings that make up the Shiloh Technology Center, a 411,603-square-foot complex located about 1 mile from GA 400 Highway and close to the $370 million Halcyon mixed-use development that opened in 2019. Tenants in the Shiloh Tech Park include Symbiont Logistics and Home Depot, which signed a deal earlier this year to take all 125,242 square feet at 6510 Corporate Court.

Flip Electronics signed the bigger lease at Building B, with the Roswell-based electronic parts supplier taking 73,106 square feet. Basement Systems signed for 32,371 square feet.

The remaining 32,241 square feet in Building B represents the last available space in the park, according to CoStar information.

Andy Roberts and Brooks Morris with Cresa Atlanta represented Flip Electronics in its lease. Allan Anderson with Dexter Cos. handles leasing at the Shiloh Technology Center in-house on behalf of ownership.
