Cresa, an employee-owned company with 60 offices nationally, is the largest occupier services representation firm in the United States. Cresa is a client-centric service company with continual national recognition as the top service provider in the industry as voted by the occupier community. Cresa is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Real Estate Advisor for its Raleigh and Charlotte Offices. This position is a real estate sales professional specializing in office and/or industrial occupier representation in the North Carolina region.

Cresa believes in providing advisors with ongoing knowledge base development and the guidance, support staff and resources necessary to be an effective and productive commercial real estate professional throughout his or her career. All advisors, whether experienced or new to the profession, are provided sales training the “Cresa Way” through a combination of written training manuals, mentorship with a senior broker, regular training meetings, and client team involvement.

Responsibilities

The Advisor Position will involve:

  • Generating sales leads via cold calling and canvassing
  • Networking to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Making sales presentations to prospective tenants
  • Closing sales
  • Managing overall client process and satisfaction for existing and new client relationships
  • Long-term potential to develop a client base through a variety of cold and warm selling techniques, through referrals and business development activities such as networking via business functions and events

EDUCATION & LICENSURE

  • Must have a Commercial Real Estate License in the State of North Carolina
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
