Jake’s real estate experience as both a landlord and tenant representative has allowed him access to both sides – occupiers and owners. His understanding of these mindsets makes him a tactical strategist, providing insights for his clients into the details that optimize their real estate strategy, mitigate risk and save money. Jake is well-versed in all sides of transaction management including site selection, lease negotiations, financial underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining Cresa, Jake worked for Stream Realty Partners in Chicago, providing real estate strategy and support to landlords, owners and occupiers.
