Maria Nenciu is a Forensic Lease Auditor whose focus is to help commercial tenants control costs and increase productivity and efficiency.
Prior to her role as a Lease Auditor, Maria was a Senior Bilingual Property Accountant for a mixed building complex in Montreal and later for a renowned REIT in Toronto. This experience gave her the knowledge to understand both perspectives, as well as uncover mistakes and errors in tenant billings.
Maria is an Affiliate member with the Association of Certified Forensic Investigators of Canada, aiming to obtain the ACFI designation followed by the American ACFE in the near future. Prior, she successfully completed Financial Accounting courses at McGill University in Montreal.
