Kelsey is passionate about managing real estate requirements and transactions for occupiers locally in Oregon and Washington, and partnering throughout the globe. In her role she actively manages transactions for several portfolio client accounts. Kelsey identifies client needs, negotiates new leases, renewals, relocations, expansions, and subleases, conducts property tours, and partners with other Cresa service lines to provide full-service consulting.
Before joining Cresa’s Portland office, Kelsey gained seven years of experience in brokerage, property management and project coordination.
