We are very excited to congratulate Eric Walker and Eric Zahniser on joining Scott Wingrat as ILC Co-Chairs.
Serving as a Principal in Phoenix, Eric Walker provides guidance and direction to a wide variety of companies seeking integrated real estate solutions. He is an expert in portfolio management, lease negotiations, and strategy implementation, serving as the primary contact for several national accounts managed by his Arizona based portfolio account team, who complete more than 350+ transactions annually.
Eric Zahniser is a Managing Principal serving Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia Region. With experience at Siemens Healthineers, Bimbo Bakeries USA, GSA, and Lee & Associates, he has negotiated millions of square feet in the Northeast logistics corridor and nationwide. He and his team leverage deep corporate real estate expertise and Cresa’s occupier-focused technology to drive exceptional client results.
We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Sean Heaton and Justin Walseth who are stepping down as a Co-Chairs, but remain critically active along with all of our Industrial Leadership Council members.
