As a Principal/Project Manager, Janet is responsible for business development and the operations of the Project Management division for the Alberta office. In 2015, after 25 years working in commercial real estate and fulfilling senior operations’ roles, Janet shifted her focus to Project Management. Working as a liaison between tenants and the design and construction community, she ensures her client’s tenant improvements are completed on time and on budget. She provides exceptional communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving and strong decision-making abilities. Her understanding of lease terminology allows her to ensure the intent of all parties is carried through to the build-out of the client’s space.
