Bio
John has completed over 12 million square feet of site selection and transaction projects locally and worldwide. In addition, he has negotiated over $45 million in municipal incentives on behalf of his clients for office, lab, R&D, warehouse, special use medical, and call center projects. John’s experience includes building sales/purchases, build-to-suit projects, dispositions for occupiers, land projects, managing, and negotiating leases, national account team leadership, planning, process management, property acquisitions, real estate administration, renewals, and sale-leasebacks. John's leadership and extraordinary service ethic have benefited clients and industries on a local, national, and global scale who rely on his exceptional industry knowledge.
