Reading Tower Health sought to relocate their weight management practice to a new, 20,000 SF space to better serve their patients. The unique project called for not only a full-service commercial kitchen and work-out area, but customized furniture and fixtures throughout the space including doors, waiting room and patient side chairs, exam tables, and patient lifts.
Results
With the patient’s comfort and needs firmly in mind, we were able to navigate and overcome the project’s challenges. As with many projects, this one encountered common obstacle including delays due to weather – challenges which Cresa remedied for a timely project delivery by getting creative with the sequencing of various work functions. By developing FF&E Programming, creating, and maintaining the budget and schedule, and managing the relocation process, our team was ultimately able to help Tower Health’s patients receive the care they deserve for a greater quality of life.Related
