Will Scovill has represented companies in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last thirteen years. Prior to joining Cresa, Will was a Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank, where he performed over 200 transactions and was recognized as a Top 5 broker in their San Francisco office. Companies hire Will to :1) locate and negotiate great office space, 2) renew and restructure existing leases, 3) reduce occupancy costs through space dispositions, 4) perform financial and strategic analysis of real estate options.
