Cresa’s business model is unique in that the firm exclusively represents occupiers. “As we continue to grow our office, it’s important to identify individuals who understand our brand and partnership model. We are thrilled such experienced executives like Jack and Jake have joined our team,” said Cresa San Francisco managing principal Craig Zodikoff.

Doherty, a graduate of the University of Arizona, has extensive knowledge of the San Francisco commercial office markets and end-to-end service delivery. Notable clients include Charles Schwab, Comcast and Renaissance Technologies. Carson, a graduate of UC Davis, focuses exclusively on San Francisco-based tenants, assisting with ongoing office space needs. His clients include Honor, Digit and Nexa Equity.
