Kevin Creel, Managing Principal at Cresa, is a 35-year veteran experienced at representing corporate occupiers around the U.S., providing advisory services to financial, architecture, law and accounting firms, as well as high tech companies and medical practices. By focusing his real estate career on occupier advocacy, Kevin has vast knowledge of the real estate process, a deep understanding of landlord/owner motivations, and an expertise in utilizing leverage to provide cost savings for his clients.
