NetRoadshow’s Operating Division Joins Headquarter Space on Fourth Floor of Prominence in Buckhead

NetRoadshow, a technology services company specializing in U.S. SEC compliant online solutions for the global investment banking community, has relocated one of its operating divisions from the first floor to the fourth floor of Prominence in Buckhead. NetRoadshow, additionally located on the fourth floor, has renewed and expanded its lease to accommodate the addition of its operating division. Hansell Roddenbery of Cresa Global Inc. represented NetRoadshow in this transaction.

The company’s first-floor division needed to relocate so its landlord could update the building’s amenities. Cresa found additional space on Prominence’s fourth floor, conveniently located adjacent to NetRoadshow’s global headquarters. Dennis Compton of Cresa’s Project Management team was hired to handle the reconfiguration and relocation of this project.

NetRoadshow now leases a full floor totaling of 24,183-square-feet in the 19-story building. The building’s updated amenities include improvements to the fitness center, café, conference room, and building lobby.
