Ms. Tolpa joined Cresa New York in September 2016 as Vice President of Project Management. Her diverse experience in real estate and interior design provide the groundwork necessary to support Cresa New York in their project management efforts. She assists in business development and the execution of client projects by conducting due diligence of existing structures, monitoring budgets, maintaining schedules, overseeing construction and providing effective communication to all parties. 

Professional Experience

Prior to Cresa, Lindsay was a residential Property Manager for Tony Anagostakis. In this role she supervised maintenance teams, managed capital improvement projects and oversaw day-to-day operations. She was responsible for the design and implementation of remodeling projects while sourcing and negotiating terms for materials, furnishings, and vendors. Lindsay also handled issues relating to insurance and property damage. 

Lindsay also gained experience as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant for Abacus Capital Group LLC. At Abacus, Lindsay supported C-Suite executives and asset managers in a variety of functions including:

  • Property renovation management
  • Legal matters related to acquisitions and dispositions
  • Accounting and payment procedures
  • Research & Marketing
  • Event Planning
