Matt Elmquist has twice received the San Francisco Business Times lease of the year award. Matt joined Cresa’s East Bay office in January 2012 as a managing principal. Since 1992, Matt has completed over 300 transactions for clients ranging from start-up companies to portfolios exceeding 1 million square feet. Matt’s experience includes portfolio strategy, sale/leaseback transactions, build-to-suits, land acquisition/disposition, municipal incentives, lease acquisition/disposition, and sales.
