Cresa Philadelphia has been working with Nolan Consulting Group since 2020. The impacts of COVID and remote work forced the Nolan Consulting team to strategize their workplace goals and needs going forward. While their employees worked effectively on a remote basis, they realized that in-person collaboration was an integral part of building their team culture. To pair with this, Nolan has also experienced significant growth over the past two years. The project goal was to locate an office that would serve as a platform to continue to enhance culture building and allow for more growth over the next several years.
Results
We were able to achieve this goal at 120 East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, PA. Not only is the building conveniently located near several amenities and close to the R5 Septa Ardmore station, but the office itself was also already built out in excellent condition.
