Ronald Zeccardi as has over 35 years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management experience. Much of his experience came while at Helmsley Spear, where he was responsible for managing approximately 9 millions SF of Commercial and Residential Properties including: The Empire State Building, 420 Lexington Ave, 230 Park Ave and One Penn Plaza.

Ron also gained further experience with NET Properties Management in Boston, Muss Development and most recently The Moinian Group in Manhattan.
