The Cresa Nashville team, led by Managing Principals David McRae, David Koziak and Tatum Flynn, has built a solid reputation in middle Tennessee over the last 12 years as one of the top firms in its industry.  As exclusive tenant advisors, we have advocated for our clients in securing the most cost effective real estate solutions possible.

The Nashville Business Journal (NBJ) consistently recognizes our team among the Top Tenant Rep Brokers in Nashville based on its vast impact on the Nashville Commercial Real Estate Market.

Our focus is on helping clients align their business strategy with their real estate portfolio.

Our Goal

Our clients benefit from Cresa’s tenant-focused approach and an integrated suite of services that help optimize the growth and profitability of our client’s business, and include: transaction management, project management, corporate solutions, portfolio strategies, location planning, lease administration, facilities services, capital markets, and mission critical solutions.  Unlike other firms, we NEVER represent landlords or developers.

The Nashville Outlook

The Nashville office market has fared well with 9.92% overall office vacancy; the retail market remains one of the strongest in the country with a 4.79% vacancy; and while not hosting the plethora of industrial product that populates Memphis, the Nashville industrial market is substantial and has a number of 500,000 SF opportunities available for lease.

The diverse base of business (healthcare, entertainment, tourism, government and education), physical location (within 600 miles of 75% of the US population), are all factors in this success.  Among other accolades, in 2012 Nashville was named the 3rd Biggest Boom Town in America, and its Chamber of Commerce earned the title of #1 Chamber of Commerce of Any Size in the United States.
