Barry started his commercial real estate career in 2010, advocating solely on behalf of corporate occupiers. In August 2012 he joined Cresa New York and works with senior level real estate professionals. Using market knowledge, timing and an attention to detail that borders on obsessive, he creates leverage to execute transactions with favorable business terms benefiting his clients and provides advice that his clients have come to value.
