Bio
John has experience in every operation of real estate brokerage and the commercial real estate industry. He is deeply involved in developing business for Cresa's Manhattan office. These efforts have led him to research and study the tenant makeup of Manhattan office buildings, the tenants and various business undertakings they are involved in, as well as the portfolio characteristics of the landlord’s buildings in NYC. He also examines the changes that occur in the office market from quarter to quarter across NYC from a leasing, sales, and development standpoint.
