For the third year in a row, Cresa has been named an honoree of the Dallas Business Journal's Best Places to Work Award. The DBJ announced the top 100 places to work for 2020 as part of its 18th annual Best Places to Work Awards.
The winners were selected as the best from over 400 nominees and were chosen to take part in the program that highlights workplaces that are embraced and loved by their employees.
Companies were divided into five size categories, based on employee count.
The Dallas office of Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-focused commercial real estate firm, is proud to once again be recognized as one of the Dallas Business's Journal's Top 100 Best Places to Work. The annual Best Places to Work awards highlight companies in the Dallas area whose operations are providing the best workplace environments. Employees for each nominated company were asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. The survey measures 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
