Welcome to Cresa Orlando where we are part of the nation's largest commercial real estate firm exclusively representing tenants. By not representing landlord interests, we bring our clients a conflict-free philosophy that assures their interests come first. Our entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative environment bring a fresh approach to office and industrial users of space.

We are able to integrate a full complement of services to include Capital Markets, Corporate SolutionsFacilities Services, Industrial Services, Lease Administration, Site Selection, Data Center Solutions, Strategic PlanningProject Management and Transaction Management, depending on the client's need for each project. Cresa’s global platform allows us to serve our clients not just locally, but nationally and internationally.

Our mission is to provide customized solutions exclusively for corporate space users by offering fully integrated services that align their real estate needs with their business plans, delivering maximum cost savings and exceeding expectations.

Our vision is to be the exception in the commercial real estate industry: A company that is service-oriented rather than transaction-oriented, with advisors who are client focused not deal focused.

We are guided by the concept "Do the Right Thing" both internally and externally. We will always do what is right for the client’s best interest and put that interest before our own. We treat our clients and employees with respect, dignity and fairness in all matters.

Market Insights

Orlando was named #1 in the U.S. for job growth in 2017, it’s third year in a row according to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. With approximately 1,000 people moving to Orlando every week and 500,000 students in a 100-mile radius of the City, there is no lack of labor for employers moving to Central Florida. However, the lack of speculative office space has been a hindrance for large users who don’t have long lead times for build to suits.

Legacy office buildings in older submarkets are getting facelifts but restrictive parking is their shortfall. Fortunately, with rental rates on the rise, we are seeing more discussions about spec development which will eventually alleviate the lack of quality office space options for users.

Partial Client List

Cresa Orlando is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their market knowledge is deep, broad and unbiased. All material met my expectations. Our representative was very realistic in his view and projections which helped us to understand what to expect. Prior to engaging Cresa Orlando for our Lake Mary office, I made many requests of them for materials pertaining to different locations for our firm and I was provided with exactly what I needed in a very timely fashion.

Ford & Harrison

I engaged Cresa Orlando to handle the renegotiation/lease extension for our Maitland, FL office lease and subsequently used them for a similar assignment for our Tampa office. They are well versed on the specifics of individual buildings within our submarkets, actually knowing factors that could affect our lease rates. I found Cresa Orlando's long history of working with building owners and their representatives to be a significant asset during negotiations. They were able to anticipate key issues which were critical in our negotiations.

Beazer Homes

Cresa Orlando provides a vast array of services for all of our locations. They are diligent in their work, have a broad market knowledge and are proficient protecting our interests throughout the process. Cresa Orlando identifies feasible alternatives for our space needs, streamlines our decision process and helps us minimize our real estate risk exposure. As a nonprofit, it's important that we achieve the best possible economic lease terms for our locations, while not sacrificing quality of location and they have been instrumental in achieving our goals.

Florida's Blood Centers, Inc./OneBlood

Facilities Manager

We hired Cresa Orlando as their firm works solely on behalf of tenants and we needed a focused, unbiased approach to a solution. We ultimately selected a property that allows us to consolidate our entire operation in to one building, reducing our economic exposure by 30% over what we are currently paying.
