Financial Firm Expands in Move to 100 William Street

Cresa’s Thomas P. Sullivan and David P. Danick have arranged new offices for financial services firm Cetera Financial Group at 100 William St. The 2,000-square-foot, third floor space represents an expansion for the group, which will be moving from 39 Broadway.

“We are moving Cetera to a first-class building more reflective of their client base and brand,” said Sullivan. “It is a well-positioned location in the heart of the Financial District and close to downtown’s most significant transportation hub.”

Danick added, “Our goal is to seek out locations that are strategic and can help clients build business. This is an address that speaks for itself.”

The landlord, Manulife Investment Management, was represented by CBRE’s Jonathan Cope. Manulife, then known as John Hancock Financial Services, acquired the 21-story office tower in late 2013.
