DispatchHealth Signs Lease on a New Denver-Based Headquarters

DENVER – DispatchHealth, a provider of in-home health care, has signed a lease for a new Denver-based headquarters in Industry RiNo Station, located at 3858 Walnut Street.

The 27,000 square foot space is equipped to service approximately 230 employees as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. The office will combine teams from the current DispatchHealth headquarters, the company’s contact center and the Denver clinical market, bringing them all together into one space for the first time.

“This move represents the next chapter for DispatchHealth,” said Sara Getz, DispatchHealth vice president of corporate operations. “It’s an investment in our people, who are at the core of our success as a company.”

In addition to the new headquarters location, DispatchHealth will also be adding locations in nine new markets in 2020. This move comes after a $33 million Series B funding round in May of 2019.

“The new location at Industry RiNo Station couldn’t be a better fit for DispatchHealth,” said Rick Door, Cresa managing principal. “It will give them room to meet their growth projections, as well as some lease flexibility, which has become vitally important for fast-growing tech firms.”

Cresa, a commercial real estate advisory firm representing occupiers-only and manages  lease negotiations and transactions across the U.S. The Cresa team is led by Cassie Watts, Rick Door and Scott Churchley.
