Ascensus is a service and technology provider that helps more than 7 million Americans save for the future. Ascensus has experienced significant organic growth across its retirement and college savings divisions that created the need to augment both its facilities and associate base. Ascensus required a state of the art space in the Tucson market that would serve their needs for administration, management and training. The space would require generator backup, operable wall partitions, and close coordination of network infrastructure and furniture systems.
Results
Due to their exponential growth, Ascensus worked with Cresa to find a location in the Tucson market that would fit their needs. Cresa’s project management team was engaged to oversee the design and construction of their space in the U of A Technology Park. The project team, which consisted of a local contractor and an out of state design and client team, was successful in meeting the client’s needs and getting the space completed in time for business to open. This success was made possible through coordination with the university campus (permitting, inspections and landlord requirements).
