Terravita is a premier all-age private, member-owned golf course community located in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ. The community, golf course and associated country club were developed in 1993. As a result the club was due for a renovation to create a more open and modernized environment to retain existing members as well as attract new members.
Results
Award winning PHX Architecture was the architect and Studio V the interior designer for the project. The design provided for a more versatile bar area opening up to an expanded exterior patio allowing integration between interior and exterior. Feature rooms include chef’s room, private dining, special event room, and exterior patio and fire table seating.
Wespac Construction was the general contractor and Cresa provided project management / Owner’s Representative services throughout the construction process.
