In Q1, leasing activity was over 3 million square feet which continues the strong leasing activity in the 2nd half of 2021. More move-outs than move-ins occurred, however, and absorption was negative for the first time in 9 months. Subleases continue to increase and stand at close to 6.0 million SF.
